Customer Service is important to us. We make this a priority and want our customers pleased and satisfied. If your unhappy with the product for any reason, just send it back, and we will refund the purchase price or replace the item - that simple.

We offer our customers a competitive return policy- whereas items must be returned within 14 business days.


Within the Continental USA: We use USPS Priority Mail which ships packages within 2-3 business days.

Worldwide Shipments: We use USPS Global Priority Mail which ships packages within 4-6 business days.

The USPS (United States Postal Service) enables us to mail packages quickly and at a low cost to our customers. Tracking numbers are available, within the Continental USA. For Global Priority Mail, a tracking number is available; however, once the package leaves the United States tracking is no longer available.

All shipments are guaranteed to go out the next business day and in most cases will go out the same day. Payment must be received and cleared before shipment.


All packages are packaged with care. With each order, we include a packaging slip, affix appropriate postage and finish by carefully labeling the product.

Our products are brand new and remain in its original protective covering for the customer to remove.


We try our best to respond to all inquiries within the same day. However, inquiries made during the wee hours of the morning will receive a response as soon as possible.


We believe in running a business that is honest and has integrity. We will do our best to answer your questions to the best of our ability. We want to do what is right for our customer. If we lead you to believe that this product is right for you, but you find out that it isn't, we want to make it right. We will either send out another product or refund your money. The choice is yours.

With this in mind, if your not satisfied, for any reason, please give us a chance to make it right before leaving negative / neutral feedback. We want to work with you.


We accept and prefer Paypal. It insures quick and secure payments. Customers can choose to pay via using a checking account, credit card or Paypal balance. The use of Paypal is traceable, immediate and convenient.

We also accept Postal Money Orders, Cashiers Check and Cash.


Simply return your item using the carrier of your choice to the address noted on your received package. If you have lost the mailing address, just send us an email and we will provide you with the appropriate address. Once we receive the item, you will receive an immediate refund.
